I had been searching for my first investment property in my home state for over a year with no success. After finding Venture Philly, Aaron got on the phone right away, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and immediately committed to helping with the search. A few days before closing, my original out-of-state lender tried to change the terms on me. I was in full panic mode, but Aaron stayed calm, contacted the seller, secured a one-week extension, and looped in his local lender, who got me approved in just 3–4 days. We successfully closed and I secured my first investment property.
Even after closing, Aaron has remained just as responsive and supportive as he was from day one.

Our only gripe was with the software Venture uses for their digital signing—it's horrendous. Like, we probably wasted a couple hours because the signing software would keep resetting when a second person tried to access it, wiping out all of the many dozens of e-signatures we had already put in (also, I highly recommend working from a desktop computer if you can, as the software can be extremely frustrating using a trackpad on laptop, even when it's working properly... but I digress).
Overall, 10/10 for the actual personnel, and I can't see any reason why we won't be working with Scott and Venture for the forseeable future.
