We had such a great experience working with Jenna and the whole Venture team to buy our house as first time homeowners. Jenna is so communicative, straightforward, and genuinely fun to work with. She guided us through the whole process, made herself available for all of our questions, and provided insight and advice at every stage. She did a great job with negotiations, and we really felt like she had our back at each step of the way. We’re thrilled to be in our new home, and wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Jenna if you’re looking to find a home in Philly!

My wife and I were fairly new to Philadelphia and didn't know much about the city. We were struggling in our home search, uncertain about neighborhoods, what to look for in homes in Philadelphia, or how to proceed. When we got Aaron Byles he immediately made our lives so much easier. He got us a showing the same day we saw something we liked and helped us put together an offer quickly in a competitive environment. He helped us understand what was important to look for in a home so we wouldn't be disappointed by something unexpected. He made the process painless and was genuinely interested in ensuring we were happy with what we were looking for. He gave us the confidence we needed and is someone you can trust to get the job done. I will definitely go to Aaron the next time I'm looking to buy or sell my home.

My wife and I have worked with Scott Sepkowicz three times now, on both the buying and selling side. He always goes above and beyond to help us with the home buying/selling process. Always there to answer questions and provide advice and worked endlessly with us for 6 months to help us find our dream home while also selling our first home (in 4 days!). We would always recommend working with Scott for buying or selling a house!

We were looking for a home in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia so we could be close to our daughter and grandson. Jenna was wonderful to work with. She was on top of all the details associated with buying a house and always kept us informed as she guided us through each of the steps with buying a house, including connecting us with the very helpful mortgage and insurance agents.

I worked with Venture as a first time homebuyer and had a great experience. They were supportive, patient, well-connected, and trust worthy. I appreciated that they moved at my pace – both slow while I was learning, and then helping me close in under two weeks!! Jenna, Marissa, and the whole team were excellent to work with.

As someone buying from out of state and taking a leap into the Philadelphia market, Aaron and the Venture Philly team exceeded every expectation.
I had been searching for my first investment property in my home state for over a year with no success. After finding Venture Philly, Aaron got on the phone right away, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and immediately committed to helping with the search. Within weeks, we had a great property under consideration.
Aaron toured the property himself first, sent detailed feedback, and then recommended I travel to Philadelphia to see it in person. After that visit, we submitted an offer.
Throughout the entire buying process, Aaron was my biggest advocate. He was extremely responsive, never pushy, and always patient with my questions and concerns. He also connected me with excellent partners, including insurance, a lender, and a home inspector who were all great to work with.
A few days before closing, my original out-of-state lender tried to change the terms on me. I was in full panic mode, but Aaron stayed calm, contacted the seller, secured a one-week extension, and looped in his local lender, who got me approved in just 3–4 days. We successfully closed and I secured my first investment property.
Even after closing, Aaron has remained just as responsive and supportive as he was from day one.
Huge thanks to Aaron and the entire Venture Philly team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Philadelphia, especially if you’re investing from out of state.

As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were definitely a bit out of our depth. Luckily, our agent Scott was super friendly, approachable, and most importantly super available (like, responsive at times when it would have been very forgivable not to be… Go Birds). He was extremely patient with us and took the time to explain all the unintuitive little details that we now know come with purchasing a house. He also came along with us on all of our house tours, no matter how last minute, and no matter how skeptical we already were going into a particular property. And the house we wound up settling on was actually his find—he gave us a huge advantage by identifying the house almost immediately before it came on the market (I'm not sure it was even listed on Zillow yet).
Our only gripe was with the software Venture uses for their digital signing—it's horrendous. Like, we probably wasted a couple hours because the signing software would keep resetting when a second person tried to access it, wiping out all of the many dozens of e-signatures we had already put in (also, I highly recommend working from a desktop computer if you can, as the software can be extremely frustrating using a trackpad on laptop, even when it's working properly… but I digress).
Overall, 10/10 for the actual personnel, and I can't see any reason why we won't be working with Scott and Venture for the forseeable future.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! From start to finish, Terrell was such a strong advocate for my home needs. He truly listened to all my thoughts, questions, and concerns — no matter how big or small — and always made sure I felt heard. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
As a first-time homebuyer, I was honestly terrified going into this, but Terrell made me feel comfortable and confident the whole way through. He explained things clearly, never rushed me, and handled everything with patience and care. Beyond being a great realtor, he’s just a genuinely good and personable guy — someone who really looks out for his clients. I’m so grateful to have had him on my side and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Thank you for our new home, Scott!!
We had a great time working with Scott. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciated his quick responsiveness, even working late hours to ensure our offer was submitted without delay.
He helped us win a multiple offer situation without waiving inspections and helped negotiate $30k+ repair.
At every step, we felt confident knowing he had our best interests in mind, and we appreciated that he never pressured us into making a decision. His professionalism, dedication, and even his sense of humor made the entire process both smooth and enjoyable. We would recommend Scott Sepkowicz without hesitation to anyone looking for a trusted, reliable realtor.

It was such a pleasure working with Scott Sepkowicz and the Venture Philly Group. As a first-time home buyer, I greatly appreciated how patiently and thoroughly Scott walked me through every step. Scott is communicative, easy and wonderful to work with, and proactive about sharing listings. He always took the time to add context about neighborhoods, properties, and all my options. Scott relieved so much of the stress and pressure of making an offer and negotiating with the seller––not only did we come in well under the listing price, he also negotiated money off the closing costs. Next time I’m in need, I’ll be reaching out to Scott.

Cora came highly recommended by friends who had successfully found their home through her, and I’m so glad I reached out. From the moment I connected with her, she helped me set up a personalized account based on the exact criteria I’d been searching for. Cora truly understood how important it was to find the right living space for my future, and she was incredibly accommodating with any adjustments I needed along the way.
She worked effortlessly to negotiate the best possible price for me, making sure I got real value without compromising on what I wanted. She was consistently communicative, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, getting a new home was not only easy,it was enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and successful home-buying experience!

Introduced to Scott Sepkowicz with the hope of looking at some areas of Philly that were growing with potential to buy in the future. Scott lined up so many beautiful houses, we could not help ourselves. He made every step of the home buying process so easy and answered every question we had. We work at odd nights of the day, and he always took time to make sure our concerns were always answered. He was able to negotiate with the sellers to cover thousands of dollars in closing costs, which took a huge financial burden off our shoulders. On top of that, he secured additional concessions that made the deal even better.
Thank you Scott for making this process so easy and helping us find our dream home!
